Return Policy

We have a 24-hour return/exchange policy, which means you have 24-hours after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Please remember that shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales on accessories are final unless damaged.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at prettyracksboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns on sale items, gift cards or accessories
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items, gift cards or accessories.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We also offer flat rate shipping anywhere within the US for a flat shipping rate of $8.00 with USPS. Please allow 5-8 business days to receive your order 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with directions and pick-up instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
